A Crazy Day
Well, I guess you truly never know what tomorrow is going to bring and I am sure thankful that I don't! Last night between the hours of midnight(when I went to bed) and 6:30(when I got up), some body/or bodies threw a brick through my car window and stole my purse! So this morning, I walked out to my car to leave for work, only to find a huge mess....oh, and I will add that it was POURING rain!! So the inside of my car was soaked, the glass was everywhere(especially in the front seats), a huge brick was sitting on the inside of my car, my center console(where you would put drinks) was broken, and the dumbies couldn't even hit my window on the first try....leaving a dent above my window! So I had to call and cancel my credit cards, call the dispatcher, wait for the police, drive my car over to Massner's(I put a garbage bag on time of my seat so I didn't "sit" on glass) so I could put it in the garage, clean it all out, get insurance figured out, find a ride to and from work, and try to get myself put back together! So it was quite a full day!!!:) Needless to say, I guess I learned my lesson on leaving my purse in my car....even if I am in a small town and parked way off the road!:) I was truly amazed how hopeless you feel and how much you are handicapped when you don't have your purse or a car....:) Anyway, an update on my crazy life....:) haha

Gracious!!! I feel for ya! That's terrible! I hope they didn't break into the basement and steal my belongings too... ;) Still gotta figure out when I'm going to come retrieve them. :)

Thankfully they didn't, although I was WAY to creeped out and scared to sleep there last night!!! I made it look like someone was sleeping in my bed, closed all the curtains, left the fan on, then took of for safety and refuge at Massner's!!! Oh, and I went through the front door, because there weren't no way I was going down back!!!(and steph came with me) haha:) I was planning on bringing all your things back the weekend of your graduation....but now that you mention it, if I don't....that means you have to come visit me sometime!!!!! :)

Haha....yah..my thoughts exactly!! Actually, what is really kind of funny, was that night I had been praying and I asked God for clear direction and to cleary show me what I was suppose to do. I guess that is my sign that I am not suppose to stay there.:) Haha, you can't say that God doesn't have a sense of humor!! Oh, and be careful what you ask for:) Love you too!!! Hope everything is going good in Haiti!!
