Before they left, we went out to eat with Chuck & Lois. I spent the rest of the day relaxing and reorganizing what was left of my apartment.:) Tuesday I headed over to Goodfield to visit Lena. We had a good old fashion play date.:) Then just relaxed the rest of the day. Tate Wyss came over and spent a good part of the day, and kept me very entertained! That I headed over to Princeville to spend the evening/night with the Steffen's and Amber.:) I had a great time, but was really sad to say goodbye.:( Wednesday I spent the day in Peoria shopping with my grandma and Lena. So even though I haven't worked at all this week...I have been staying busy!!
This past weekend I was in Winthrop for an invite. I stayed with Em...of course:) Keep in mind that a few of these pictures were taken late in the night.........
Love my friends:) And I am really going to miss spending time with all of you!!!!:(
I was just looking through pictures....

WOW!!! Thanks for posting those pics (feel the vibe of sarcasm)... Now i officially look like a complete idiot to the rest of the internet world, not that I didn't before... but reeeally?
ReplyDeletemake that wob ;)
No problem!! Anytime!!:) www:)
ReplyDeleteSo at first I wanted to say, "cute, Lena," when I saw the pic from your play date...but I kept scrolling through and saw that Em warrented a comment, as well! And then I read her comment. :) Looks like it was an ordinary evening at the Steiner household...because stuff like that seems to happen there just about all the time! :) Love you guys!
ReplyDeleteOh, and by the way, Alyssa, so we had our invite in KC this past weekend (Oakville people came), and Stephanie was one of the sisters I kept overnight; I hadn't remembered hearing the story of how you got her back for the whole email thing you were telling us about back in May....Sounds like you two know how to keep each other on your toes! It was really nice to get to know Stephanie a little bit! :)
I'm praying for you as it's just about time for you to head to Haiti. Hope all goes well and you can be a useful vessel for the Lord in that country. :)
